How the market works
Local retailers such as SmartBuy and Leaders cover electronics, alongside regional marketplaces. The country is small enough that delivery is quick almost everywhere, so price rather than logistics usually decides the purchase.
Prices are in Jordanian dinars (JOD), pegged to the US dollar and divided into 1,000 fils, so prices are often written to three decimal places. Sales tax is normally included in the retail price.
